HOLD ON!
How many times have you asked yourself if you could make it in this life? How many times have you wondered if things will really work out for you? I’m not sure you can easily recall the number of times. Quite often than not, we face uncertainties and difficulties in this life and we tend to lose focus and determination. In addition to loosing focus, we compromise on our standards and often times loose our vision and thus lose out on a brighter future. Unfortunately what we do not realize is that, our futures largely depend on us and we do have control over what happens to us. I am aware that as mortals there certain things we cannot control and thus we need God, to handle those things for us. The rest is by our own actions and inactions. If we make plans and pursue our dreams, we are sure to face failures and roadblocks, but what we need to realize is that, there is always a lesson to be learnt. If we go through difficult times and trials we are being prepared for roles we must play in the future. If we lose battles, we must not lose the lessons. If you come to the end of your rope, do not let go, tie a knot and hold on. Help will definitely come. Do not forget the parable of the mustard seed. Someone said, the big tall mighty oak, was just once a tiny seed that stood its ground. Great men and women are not born, they are made. Have faith and believe in yourself. Always keep in mind that, your attitude determines your altitude in life. Finally, let me leave you with this
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
